2026-2027 THE ROTARY CLUB OF INGERSOLL R&R LOTTERY RULES & REGULATIONS: By purchasing a
ticket, the purchaser acknowledges that he/she has read, understands and agrees to the rules. Any and
all inquiries on the conduct, prizing and procedures of the Lottery are to be made to the Rotary Club of
Ingersoll prior to purchase of the ticket. Tickets cannot be purchased in the name of a minor. Purchases
are limited to persons 18 years of age or older. Tickets must be purchased in Ontario and cannot be
mailed outside of Ontario. There will be 650 tickets printed in the R&R Lottery. The total number of
prizes to be awarded is 42. The total value of all prizes is approx. $45,730.00 (inclusive of all applicable
taxes and freight). Only ticket(s) that have been paid for, and have been verified as paid for, or won as
prizes, are eligible for respective draws. In the event of an invalid payment, ticket(s) issued will be
considered void. Tickets are 1 for $100.00. PRIZE DRAW DETAILS: Monthly prize draws will be held the
1st Thursday of every month starting May 7th, 2026 and ending April 1st, 2027. Each draw will include a
trip for two or travel voucher and/or cash prizes. Winning ticket numbers will be re-entered into the
following monthly draws. Each ticket is eligible to win one (1) 1st place prize and unlimited 2nd or 3rd
place cash prizes. Monthly prize draws will take place at 250 Ingersoll St. S., Ingersoll, ON N5C 3J7
between the hours of 11:00am and 2:00pm by an authorized member of the Rotary Club of Ingersoll.

Republic with Air Canada Vacations. Approx. Value $4618. October 2026 draw: Mystery Trip Travel
Voucher Value $2400. November 2026 draw: 7-nights all-inclusive at the Riu Playa Blanca in Playa
Blanca, Panama with Sunwing Vacations. Approx. Value $4820. December 2026 draw: 5 draws of $500.
January 2027 draw: 6-nights in Athens and Mykonos, Greece with Air Canada Vacations. Approx. Value
$6088. February 2027 draw. Mystery Trip Travel Voucher Value $2400. March 2027 draw: Mystery Trip
Travel Voucher Value $2400. April 2027 draw: 8-nights in Barcelona and Costa Brava, Spain with Air
Canada Vacations. Approx. Value $5278. All trips must be booked within 6 months of the draw date.
2nd place draw consists of $200.00 cash prize and 3rd place draw consists of $100.00 cash prize. First
prize trip winner has a choice of three options: 1. Take the suggested trip of the month; 2. Choose a
Travel Voucher in an amount not exceeding the value of the suggested trip for that month’s draw; or 3.
Cash option of $3,800.00. Winner of the first prize travel voucher will have a choice of two options: 1.
Take the suggested travel voucher, which must be booked within 6 months of the draw date. 2. To
choose the cash option of $1800. Travel vouchers may be transferred in whole to another party with
written documentation from the winner. All trips to be booked through Tillsonburg Travel Service Ltd.
Winners must decide on their option no later than 14 days after the draw date, failing which the winner
shall be deemed to have elected to receive the cash option. Trips must be booked at least 30 days in
advance of departure date. All trips are subject to availability at the time a booking is requested. TRIP
PRIZE TERMS & CONDITIONS: The Ingersoll Rotary Club and Tillsonburg Travel Service Ltd. act only as
agents for hotels, airlines, railroad, cruise companies or owners or contractors providing
accommodations, transportation or other services and all coupons, exchange orders, receipts, contracts
and tickets issued in connection with these tours or travel are issued subject to any and all tariffs, terms
and conditions under which any accommodations, transportation or any other services whatsoever are
provided. Ingersoll Rotary Club nor Tillsonburg Travel Service Ltd. shall be or become liable or
responsible for any loss, injury or damage to person or property or otherwise in conjunction with any

accommodations, transportation, or other services, or resulting directly or indirectly from any causes
beyond our control, or changes to itinerary or schedules, or from any loss or damage resulting from
improper or insufficient passport, vaccine passport, medical testing, visa or other documents and that
neither the Ingersoll Rotary Club nor Tillsonburg Travel Service Ltd. shall become liable or responsible for
any additional expenses or liabilities sustained or incurred by the participant as a result of any of the
foregoing causes and that the coupons , exchange orders, tickets and or contracts in use by any hotel,
transportation company or for additional expense or liabilities sustained or incurred or contracted to
provide transportation, accommodations or other service shall constitute the sole contract between
them and the participant. Air carriers are not responsible for any act, omission or event during the time
the passengers are not on board their aircraft. The passenger ticket, when issued shall constitute the
sole contract between the airline company, their agents, and employees and the participant of the trip.
The Ingersoll Rotary Club nor Tillsonburg Travel Service Ltd. shall not be responsible for any expenses
other than those specifically and mutually agreed upon before departure on any travel chosen. Prices
for transportation, accommodation and vacation packages vary with the time of year and market
conditions that exist at any given time. The value given for each month’s trip is based on rates in effect
January 2026 and are subject to change without notice and that value shall constitute the maximum for
which the Rotary Club of Ingersoll shall be responsible. Rates are not in effect for travel during the peak
holiday seasons such as Christmas, New Year’s, Easter and March Break. Surcharges may be applicable
for travel during the summer season. Meals are not included unless indicated. Any price change or extra
costs incurred shall be at the sole responsibility of the winner. Travel insurance is not included in any of
these packages although it is highly recommended for out of province travel. Please discuss the details
of this with your travel advisor upon booking. PRIVACY POLICY: Winners agree to the use of their name
and photo for publicity purposes by the Rotary Club of Ingersoll. By entering this lottery, participants
acknowledge that they have read and understand the rules and regulations and confirm that they are at
